A New Post From Christina Jablonski http://GlobalEyeImages.com/portfolio/CJablonski While taking photos of the orchids I thought sometimes of their ancient origins. In China they were grown in elegant gardens, painted by artists and written about by scholars. The orchids also had, and still have their place in the herbal Chinese medicine. In this lightbox I'd like to share the images of some of the jewel-like flowers I've seen in the Singapore Botanic Gardens collection. |
