New Images posted for the Befreiungshalle – Liberation Hall. This memorial was ordered to be built by King Ludwig I as a memorial to his people for his victories over Napoleon during the Wars of Liberation. The memorial is itself a beautiful building that is set on a hill and over looks the town of Kelheim located in Bavaria, Germany. There are river cruises that one can take on the nearby Danube (Donau in German) river which is situated below the monument. On the cruise passengers will be able…
