Historical Mining Town of Jerome

Founded in 1876, Jerome was a thriving Copper Mining Town located on top of Cleopatra Hill in Arizona. Once it was known as "the wickedest town in the west"… Now a tourist "Ghost Town" and one of the most fascinating (and strangely beautiful) places I have ever been.

The main street is filled with galleries and craft, including glass blowing in a mostly collapsed old building (see 612991). And for a Ghost Town, there was a lot people wandering around enjoying the…
